Mr. Adebayo Adeyosoye is the CEO and driving force behind GSEL Group.
He is based in London, United Kingdom, With over a decade of experience in the Renewable energy solution, contract work, negotiation skills, best practices, local business knowledge and Market analyst. Experience in organising a feasibility study in Waste to Energy / Solar water purification and new evolving green solutions for a sustainable future.Mr. Adebayo also has experience in New developing Markets, in sourcing innovation in technology and networking.
He can negotiate / close deals, introduce new products and services into emerging markets. He has a cultural understanding for the African / UK market been both British and Nigerian citizen, which enables him to quickly adapt and build a rap-pour. We also provide consultancy in the Renewable Energy sector (Waste to Energy, E- Waste, Solar Farm, Solar Water Purification System etc., Oil & Gas industry and Commodity market where we have close relationships with the end seller / mines / farms .. etc.
Guenter Zweiner
Senior technical Executive (Sr. TE
Mr. Guenter Zweiner, is the Senior technical Executive (Sr. TE) of GSEL group.
He is an Austrian Citizen, Graduated Mining-and Reservoir Engineer, he is a force to be reckoned with in Energy Efficiency-, Waste Heat-and Waste to Energy Projects experience over 4 decades in Europe, Africa, and India.- Implementation of Energy projects, based on renewable and fossil sources, as well as infrastructure projects and oil & gas field projects
- Identifying business models to create values, based on the Kyoto Protocol for Clean Development Mechanisms
- A Strong and reliable international network to Decision Makers, Project Owners, Entities/Authorities and Dignities, as well as Pool partner in the entire EU, with a special focus in the Asian-and African Areas, is the important base of our services and our strategy
Based on a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the British company GSEL-R TECH LTD-LONDON/UK, the scope of work since inception includes the following additional items:
From 1999 to the present, Mr. Zweiner has been responsible for the acquisition, planning, operations, and breakdown management as well as commercial supervision of 102 bioenergy projects. These include:
- Acquisition, presentation and introduction of international projects, business opportunities, business partners, JV partners and technical jobs in the fields of EPC (Procurement of an EPC-partner with high experiences, along the whole value creation chain, including front-and backend), Bankable Feasibility Studies, technical management, and IT, as well as the complete field of Trading /Commodities
- Procurement/Negotiation of/with international leading companies, responsible for trading/commodities and international projects
- • Procurement and all other Commercial and Commodity Services
From 1999 to the present, Mr. Zweiner has been responsible for the acquisition, planning, operations, and breakdown management as well as commercial supervision of 102 bioenergy projects. These include:
- 70 biomass plants with corresponding community heating lines (approx. 350 km)
- 20 biogas plants with corresponding energy recovery concepts
- 2 geothermal plants
- WTE-project in Arnoldstein, Austria with 100,000 tons per year incineration
- 5 projects for recovery of industrial waste heat
- 3 special projects (steam propeller engine, integration of solar heat in community heating networks. He was responsible for the construction of the most modern medium-pressure gas network in Austria.
Detlef Unger
Group Senior Medical expert
Mr. Detlef Unger, is the Senior Medical Expert of GSEL group.
He is a German Citizen, Graduated in Applied Science of Administration, he has accumulated years of vast experiance in the Medical field. Such as.- Build, manufacturing and deployment of Hospitals and turn-key Hospital projects, across the globe.
- Extensive experiance HR consultancy and specialist head hunting and he has built a network of connections in the Medical field.
- Through Mr Ungers years of experiance, heading and involoved with a great many Medical projects he is well placed as an authority in the Medical sector in GSEL Group.
Education: Diplom Verwaltungswirt – university of applied sciences of administration
Experiance:
- City of Eschborn, Head of HR and Assistant to the Major from 1968 until 1980 and academic teacher of labour law at University
- Head of HR in different companies as Nokia Mobile of Germany
- CEO of DACH Region of Hill -Rom (worldwide market leader of hospital beds) from 1990 unto 1996 and takeover of Germans leading hospital manufacturer Arnold
- CEO of “Hospitalia International” the international project company of Fresenius. The company planed, build, equipped und operated hospitals in many companies.
